André DuBose Rembert
Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, André went to the University of South Carolina, where he received my B.A. in Classical Studies, before he was commissioned in the U.S. Army as an artillery officer in 2001. After leaving active duty in 2005, where he'd served as a Quick Reaction Force Platoon Leader in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and as a Firebase Commander in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom II, André returned to South Carolina and attended law school at his alma mater.
Upon graduation, he went back overseas and worked as a Air Operations Coordinator and Prime Contract Administrator for the Fluor Government Group in northern Afghanistan. After his return from Afghanistan, André worked for one of the largest personal injury firms in the state, both as an attorney and in a managerial role, before leaving to found the Rembert Law firm. The Rembert Law Firm helps people who have been injured through no fault of their own receive the medical care they need and the monetary compensation they deserve.
William Baker Allen
William Baker Allen has bachelors' degrees in Experimental Psychology and Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. After law school at USC, Baker earned a legal masters degree from the University of Miami. He began his legal career at the Law Offices of Richard A. Harpootlian, P.A., working in complex litigation, before transitioning over to the First Circuit Solicitor's Office to coordinate the first successful prosecution of public corruption in South Carolina history. Since then, Baker has served as an assistant solicitor, handling prosecution of all types of criminal matters while exclusively handling DUI prosecutions in Dorchester County. Baker's vast experience has been a boon to the Rembert Law Firm and our clients.
